Elysian Fields High School's UIL Science team competed at the UIL Academic State Competition and came home with state runnerup trophy.
The team finished second overall with an impressive overall showing that included:
Grant Dickson, 1st place, Chemistry
Drew Simms, 2nd place, Chemistry
Jacob McCray, 3rd place Chemistry
Talan Crain, 5th place Chemistry
Overall, Grant Dickson finished 6th in the state.
The EFHS Science team is coached by Mr. Johnny Dickson.
