Special Education

LogoHCSSA (Harrison County Shared Services Arrangement) serves students with special needs and their families in the Elysian Fields, Harleton, Karnack and Waskom school districts.

Our team works with these districts to identify and serve students with disabilities ages 3- 21, according to the procedures established by state and federal guidelines.

Services provided include speech, occupational and physical therapy, as well as assessment and educational support. Harrison County SSA also provides vision therapy and orientation and mobility to students with a visual impairment.
