Elysian Fields High School's UIL Math and Calculator teams both finished in second place at Saturday's Carthage Invitational Meeting.
The EF Calculator team includes
Keely Goelden,
Talan Crain and
David Hutson. Goelden, Crain and Jax Parker make up the Math team.
Goelden placed fourth overall in Calculator and sixth in Math to lead the way in Saturday's competition.
Team coach/sponsor,
Lexi Commander, said that she was proud of the teams' performance despite missing several team members due to the state cross country meet taking place in Austin at the same time.
